open and closed

my hotelroom is extremely small. a single bed fits in and be honest a single bed is not big. what on the other hand made me happy was the size of the bathroom. enormous! meaning it has a bathtub. i was so ready to take a bath... with loads of foam and my book. but now it turns out that there is no cap to close the tub....the water just runs out as fast as it gets in. which doesn't help. probably because of the financial situation here in brussels. took a shower.
had to get up at 5:00 this morning which i think is early...very early. but 6 hours later almost 2000 km up and 15 degrees down.  the 2nd flight from rome to brussels had one hour delay. the pilot couldn't start his computer. after half an hour he announced that we would probably be asked to leave the plane. but ten minutes after that he managed to start the thing and we could stay. it made me feel a bit uncomfortable. or there is something wrong with the computer... because functioning computers just start when you push the 'on/of' button..or there is something wrong with the pilot... i mean if you even cannot start up a computer how do you want to fly a fucking plane! and both options made me worried.
well... in the end we landed in brussels.
for very good reasons which i'm not going to explain but believe me...very good reasons... i took my video-camera to brussels. haven't filmed anything till now because my very smart camera closes the lens automatically when you turn it off and opens it again when you turn it on. well...that's the basic idea anyway. but not today... doesn't open when you turn the thing on! and filming with a closed lens gives a very limited result.
so here i am...with a bathtub that won't close and a camera that won't open... in brussels
